- ASC Operations Assessment: Review current ASC operations, including quality assurance and processes, clinical and business office operations, performance against industry benchmarks, and opportunities for improvement.
- ASC Licensure and Accreditation: Prepare for licensure and accreditation submissions, ensure regulatory needs are met, and provide oversight for key operational requirements.
- Mock Surveys: Support the ASC team in preparation for the accreditation survey process.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Evaluate an existing ASC’s policies and procedures, provide recommendations for improvement or modification, or create new policies and procedures for a newly developed ASC.
- ASC Interim Management: Provide on-site interim management services when opening a new ASC or during a leadership transition at an existing one.
- KPI Dashboard Development: Create operational and financial KPI dashboards for ongoing monitoring, benchmarking, and education across all areas of an ASC.
- Surgical Case Costing: Review surgeon preference cards, and conduct case costing to assess variations and opportunities for reduction.
- ASC Financial Performance Review: Evaluate the center’s financial performance, including revenue cycle operations, and identify areas of concerns and opportunities for improvement.
- Business Office Training: Create and deliver training to the business office staff to ensure optimal operations that meet ASC industry standards.
